Designer and General Contractor Peter Brown of Bozeman, Montana details the design and planning process for a new workshop. Three dimensional CAD modeling and glass house views are used to effectively identify and communicate design and engineering issues that affect the function of the building as a workshop and storage structure. As a General Contractor Peter Brown shares some project management tools for new construction that help coordinate scheduling of subcontractors, ordering materials, and improving general job site organization.
